Player Registration Process

2011 CAL SOUTH AGE MATRIX
Thank you for participating in our tryouts. Your player will hear from a coach regarding his/her possible placement on a UNITED team. If your child is selected for a team, it is important that you register your child at the appropriate Registration Night to ensure their spot on that team. The process for this will be as follows:
For each player you are registering, you will need to provide:
(same for both new and returning players)
- Two (2) Copies of Player Registration Form
(can be found on our website under "Forms")
- Two (2) Copies of player's birth certificate
- Two (2) small current pictures of player – driver's licensed size
- Signed copy of Club/Parent agreement (to be provided at Registration Night
- Registration payment by cash, check or if by credit card, receipt must be provided.

WE CHARGE A ONE-TIME PRICE – NO FUTURE CLUB FEES DUE FOR THE SEASON
2011 REGISTRATION FEES WILL INCLUDE:
- U8-U14 players – four day soccer camp (includes t-shirt and soccer ball)
- U15 & up players – two day college prep camp (includes t-shirt and soccer ball)
- U9 & older: Team entry fee for SDU Summer Challenge Soccer Tournament
- High School Liaison Program – workouts prior to high school tryouts with our staff
- College Connection Program – several events with college coaches
- STEPS fitness program for players U14 and up
- Club Registration for entire year
- All Professional Coaching Fees for entire year
- Fields, lights and referee fees
- Presidio gaming league fees
- Cal South league fees
- Player insurance
- Full service club and individual team website (www.sandiegounited.net)
- Skills and goalkeeping clinics for the entire year
- Club events and monthly newsletters
- Practice training kit (two t-shirts, two socks, shorts)
- Team and individual pictures

Payments made in full at registration night will receive a discount as follows:
U-8, U-9 & U-10................................ $25 discount off of total registration fees
U-11, U-12, U-13 & U-14 .................$50 discount off of total registration fees
U15 and up .........................................$75 discount off of total registration fees
Sibling discount will be $50 per sibling (after 1st sibling)
Registration payments will be 40% at registration night, then 6 equal payments due on the 1st of May, June, July, August, September and October. Registration for U15 and up will be 40% at registration night, then 5 equal payments due on the 1st of July, August, September, October and November.
Payments can all be made by cash, check or *credit/debit card.
*A processing fee will be added for payments made by credit/debit card
