COACHING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To develop the players technically and tactically in a team oriented enviroment. I consider this a soccer school. It is important that each child is educated and realizes the meaning of hard work. Working hard will not only increase the overall potential for development, but will instill confidence in one self. I believe in positive reinforcement and letting the players make decisions on thier own with me as their guide. Though winning is nice, success is not measured by just wins. In order to succed, it is important to form a cohesive unit that is trying to achieve a common goal and to buil trust in each other on the path to success. Another aspect of my goals as a coach is to instill the passion and the love of the game in every player by making sure the learning is FUN, because in the end, it is a Game!

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Married now for 5 years to the greatest woman I know and we have one strong willed daughter named Addi who is 3. Love music, painting/drawing, lifting weights, and of course, playing soccer!
