Mission Statement

SAN DIEGO UNITED is dedicated to establishing a positive culture change in the soccer community that will provide the highest quality of coaching and competition. We will strive to create a system that will facilitate Players from the U8 to U19 levels with a cohesive Boy and Girls program. San Diego United’s youth program will be the foundation of our Men’s and Women’s franchises, however, both will function as separate entities. Members of San Diego United Futbol Club will have direct access to our highest level teams, where our youth Players can see what it will take to play at the highest level of the game. Our club will be UNIFIED by offering the enjoyment of the sport at U8 through U19 while fostering the overall dream of playing on the highest stage.

Philosophy

SAN DIEGO UNITED will conduct its business without any “political” motivation. San Diego United will be guided by soccer professionals that will work together to provide a safe and structured environment for our youth’s development. San Diego United will operate with shared input from a coaching staff that will enhance the appropriate curriculums for each level of competition. San Diego United will evaluate each player’s development and ensure that their team selection best fits them socially, physically, technically, and tactically. All player evaluations will be communicated with our parents to provide a strong support system for short and long term growth. We are very committed to inspiring Players , coaches and all of our parents to raise their love for the game.
